Abstract:
[Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide an applicator which is compatible with a plurality of kinds of bulk liquids, with which an applicator having the same specification can be used even if the viscosity of the bulk liquid differs, which is compatible even with various different storage amounts, which is configured in such a way as to prevent leakage of liquid in each case, with which impregnation of the bulk liquid into a core material can be adjusted so that the flow of the bulk liquid does not stop until the bulk liquid is completely exhausted, and with which fabricating time, effort and cost can be reduced by employing an applicator which has two modes of use.
[Solution] This applicator is characterized in being provided with: a substantially tubular body, a core-shaped applying member, a storage portion for a liquid application material, and a liquid application material absorbing body for adjusting an impregnation amount; and, at the rear end side of the applying member, a plug which is capable of adjusting the amount of the application material, has an insertion hole through which the applying member is inserted to hold the same, and which is exposed to the storage portion side, wherein the shape of the insertion hole corresponds to the viscosity and material of the application material, and it is possible to adjust the width of a gap between the insertion hole and the applying member; wherein the applicator is configured such that a storage region can be increased or decreased by changing a stopper position, and the absorbing body is attached to a distal end side of the applicator and is configured in such a way that the length and size thereof can be changed by cutting to make it possible to increase or decrease the impregnation amount of the liquid application material.
