Abstract:
An aptamer which comprises a polynucleotide selected from polynucleotides (a) to (c) and can bind to an HGF receptor to exhibit an activity of inhibiting the binding of HGF to the HGF receptor. (a) A polynucleotide which comprises the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) a polynucleotide which comprises a nucleotide sequence produced by deleting, substituting, inserting and/or adding one to several nucleotides in the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; and (c) a polynucleotide which comprises a nucleotide sequence having a 80% or higher sequence identity to the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1.
