Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/148638
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an aptamer that binds with IL-17 to inhibit binding between IL-17 and IL-17 receptor; a complex containing the aptamer and a functional substance (such as a compatible substance, a labeling substance, an enzyme, a drug delivery medium, or a drug); and a medicine, a diagnostic agent, a labeling agent, and the like containing the aptamer or the complex containing the aptamer and a functional substance.
