Abstract:
The aquatic organism rearing device according to the present invention is provided with: a cylindrical container having an opening in the bottom surface; a mesh structure which is attached to the bottom surface of the container and which has a mesh size depending on the size of the aquatic organisms to be accommodated in the container; a water lifting pipe which is connected to an upper external surface of the container, so as to be in communication with the interior of the container; an air-pipe which is connected to the base of the water lifting pipe; and an air pump which supplies air to the inside of the water lifting pipe through the air-pipe, wherein the air pump is activated to generate air bubbles inside the water lifting pipe, so as to cause, by a resulting airlift effect, an upward-moving stream within the container and the water lifting pipe.
