An aquatic product cleaning and sorting device, and a method thereof. The aquatic product cleaning and sorting device comprises a water tank (1), wherein a first support (2) and a second support (30) are fixedly mounted on the top of the water tank (1); a cleaning tank (3) is fixedly connected between the first support (2) and the second support (30); two feeding ports (16) are provided in the top of the cleaning tank (3); a side tank (18) is fixedly mounted on one side of the second support (30); a screw rod (25) is rotationally connected into the side tank (18); a movable plate (26) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (25); a third electric motor (27) and a fourth electric motor (28) are fixedly mounted at the top of the movable plate (26); a partition net plate (17) is fixedly mounted in the cleaning tank (3); and a third rotating rod (19) and a fourth rotating rod (20) are rotationally and slidably connected to one side of the cleaning tank (3). The aquatic product cleaning and sorting device has a simple structure, automatically performs classification and cleaning, collects waste, and is convenient for people to use.
