Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an aqueous coating-film-forming composition which is capable of uniformly covering a silicone rubber surface without cissing or coating defects even when the composition is applied to a silicone rubber surface having a film thickness of 30 µm or less, and which forms a lubricating dry coating film for reducing friction and/or blocking of a substrate surface of said surface. [Solution] An aqueous coating-film-forming composition and an application for the same (including an air bag coating in particular), the composition containing: (A) a solid lubricant; (B) a thickener; and (C) a silicone-based binder in the form of an oil-in-water silicone emulsion containing (c1) an ionic emulsifier and (c2) a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer-type nonionic emulsifier, and the composition forming, by removal of moisture, a lubricating dry coating film including 40-80 mass% of the (A) component, 0.50-10 mass% of the (B) component, 0.60-5 mass% of the (c2) component, and 5-49.5 mass% of the (C) component (solid content).
