The present invention relates to an aqueous colored pigment composition mixed with a plate-like zinc powder and, more specifically, is formed by uniformly mixing, immediately before a coating operation, an aqueous liquid binder, a water-soluble polyurethane mixture, and a plate-like zinc powder. The aqueous colored pigment composition comprising the components has excellent characteristics of preventing thermal oxidation or corrosion of a metal material such as an iron material, so as to be suitable for coating a metal material receiving a high temperature heat up till 500°C, thereby having an advantage of being applicable to metal material components, such as in a structure of a metal refinery plant, a food chemistry plant, and the like, readily corroded by a high temperature heat and under corrosion conditions having various chemical characteristics, enabling the replacement of a chromate treatment, which is a post-treatment agent of hot-dip galvanization, forming a film with remarkably improved hardness, conductivity and corrosion resistance since a plate-like zinc powder is mixed instead of a spherical zinc powder, and exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and impact resistance.
