Abstract:
Provided are: (1) an aqueous dispersion for inkjet printing, wherein a pigment mixture comprising C. I. pigment yellow 74 (A) and an azo compound (B) represented by formula (1) is formed by dispersing the mixture in a polymer, and the total pigment solid content of (A) and (B) is 15 to 35 weight%; and (2) a water-based ink for inkjet printing, wherein a pigment mixture comprising C. I. pigment yellow 74 (A) and an azo compound (B) is formed by dispersing the mixture in a polymer, and the total pigment solid content of (A) and (B) is 3 to 20 weight%. The aqueous dispersion and the water-based ink have excellent print density and storage stability. (In the formula, R10 and R20 represent an aryl group, wherein at least either of R10 or R20 contains a sulfonic acid group and a sulfonic acid amide group.)
