Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/125622
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cosmetic that has a nice feel and is highly repellent to sweat and water, and with which it is possible to prepare a stable O/W preparation having an ultraviolet-shielding effect. [Solution] Disclosed is an aqueous dispersion comprising inorganic powder particles subjected to hydrophobic organic surface treatment, a polyol, water, and a nonionic surfactant, wherein: the nonionic surfactant dissolves transparently and/or with slight turbidity (at a concentration of 20 mass% at 35°C) in 1,3-butylene glycol; and the aqueous dispersion comprises greater than or equal to 30 mass% of said inorganic powder particles.
