Abstract:
According to the present invention, a polylactic acid film obtained by modifying an aqueous dispersion containing a polylactic acid as a dispersion and a polyvinyl alcohol as a dispersing agent achieves high heat sealability and water resistance. The aqueous dispersion, which is for forming a film that contains a polylactic acid in an amount of at least 3 g/m2 (dry weight) with respect to a substrate, comprises a polylactic acid, a polyvinyl alcohol, and water, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol has an average saponification degree of 60.0-82.0 mol%, and the mixing ratio (mass ratio) of the polylactic acid and the polyvinyl alcohol is 98/2-90/10.
