Abstract:
This aqueous ink composition contains at least an aqueous medium and resin fine particles, wherein the resin of the resin fine particles contains the following constituent units: (a) a constituent unit represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2); (b) a constituent unit containing an acidic group; and (c) a constituent unit containing a group selected from among monovalent groups represented by –L–OH, divalent groups represented by –CONRC–, and divalent groups represented by –SO2NRC–, wherein L represents a specific linking group, and RC represents a specific group. In the formulas, A1 and R2 represent specific divalent linking groups, and R1 and R3 to R6 represent specific groups.
