Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an aqueous ink containing: polyester resin particles A containing a pigment; polyester resin particles B not containing a pigment; an organic solvent; and water, wherein the content of the organic solvent C, having a boiling point of 235°C or less, is 90 mass% or more of the total amount of the organic solvent. Even when the aqueous ink is printed on a non-water-absorbent recording medium, the aqueous ink can provide a good balance of improved rub resistance, solvent resistance, and adhesion to the non-water-absorbent recording medium.
