Abstract:
The present invention provides an aqueous modified polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion which has a low viscosity at high temperatures. An aqueous modified polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion which is characterized by containing a modified polytetrafluoroethylene and a nonionic surfactant, and which is also characterized in that: the solid content concentration of the modified polytetrafluoroethylene is from 50% by mass to 70% by mass; a fluorine-containing surfactant is not substantially contained therein; the viscosity at 55°C is 80 mPa·s or less; and the modified polytetrafluoroethylene comprises from 0.050% by mass to 1.00% by mass of a polymer unit that is based on a modified monomer.
