Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/055838
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are nail-beautifying materials with excellent precipitation stability over time such that the plate-like pigments do not easily produce a hard cake even when precipitated and can be re-dispersed easily by stirring, that have excellent usability, that permit beautiful lines and patterns to easily be drawn on nails and that have an excellent finish. Also provided are nail-beautifying material-containing application tools. The aqueous cosmetics for nail art comprise at least water, a water-soluble resin, a plate-like pigment, an emulsion resin, a moisturizing agent, and an antimicrobial agent and are housed in the liquid-storing part of an application tool that is provided at least with said liquid-storing part and an applicator such that liquid is transported from said liquid-storing part to said applicator by capillary force. The cosmetics also comprise crystalline cellulose, and the viscosity measured at a temperature of 25°C with a cone plate viscometer satisfies conditions (A).
