Title:
AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/104094
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To improve the technique of using polyamine in an aqueous polyurethane resin composition and thereby develop a polyurethane resin coating material or adhesive which is prolonged in gel time as compared with the case of using a diol compound even in room temperature curing and which attains excellent physical properties such as high strength, high water resistance and high solvent resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An aqueous polyurethane resin composition, characterized by comprising (A) an aqueous polyamine resin which is obtained through the reaction of (a) a diisocyanate with (b) a compound having a terminal hydroxyl group and a carbonyl group adjacent to a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond, (c) a fatty acid having an active hydrogen group, and (d) a polyol and contains amine residues due to urea reaction and Michael addition after the neutralization and (B) a polyisocyanate dispersible in the component (A).
