Abstract:
Disclosed is an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion which enables the production of a coating film having high hardness, oleic acid resistance and solvent resistance.
Specifically disclosed is an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion comprising a polyurethane resin dispersed in an aqueous medium, wherein the polyurethane resin is produced by reacting (a) a polyol compound, (b) a polyisocyanate compound, (c) a polyol compound containing an acidic group and (d) a chain-extending agent with one another, and wherein the polyol compound (a) comprises a polycarbonate polyol compound represented by formula (1), the hydroxy equivalent number of each of the polyol compound (a) and the polyol compound (c) containing an acidic group is 180 to 400, and the total acid value of the polyol compound (a), the polyisocyanate compound (b) and the polyol compound (c) containing an acidic group is 22 to 40 mgKOH/g.
