Abstract:
Provided are an aqueous primer composition having excellent adhesiveness and a laminate using the same. An aqueous primer composition: containing repeating units (A) based on tetrafluoroethylene, repeating units (B) based on ethylene, and repeating units (C) based on a monomer having acid anhydride residues and polymerizable unsaturated bonds, the content ratio of (C)/((A) + (B)) by molar ratio being 1/10,000-5/100; and containing a powder (X) comprising a reactive ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, a powder (Y) comprising an epoxy resin, and water (Z), the content of the powder (Y) comprising epoxy resin being 1-30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the powder (X) comprising reactive ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.
