Abstract:
In the present invention, an aqueous resin composition for a touch panel has a refractive index of 1.60 or higher and contains a water soluble crosslinking agent having at least 2 polymerizable functional groups, and when the aqueous resin composition for a touch panel is formed as a 5 mass% aqueous solution at a temperature of 23°C, the surface tension of the solution is 40 mN/m or less.
