Abstract:
Disclosed is an aqueous resin dispersion obtained by dispersing a composite resin composed of a polyorganosiloxane (component A) and a (meth)acrylic polymer (component B), a rubber (component C) and a wetting agent (component D) as essential ingredients in an aqueous medium; or an aqueous resin dispersion obtained by dispersing a composite resin composed of the component A and the component B, at least one water-soluble polymer (component E) selected from the group consisting of nonionic water-soluble polymers and anionic group-containing water-soluble polymers and the component D as essential ingredients in an aqueous medium.
