Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aqueous skin-touch treatment agent for synthetic leather, used for the final processing stages of synthetic leather, and comprising the following components: an aqueous skin-touch resin, an aqueous thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a levelling agent, water, and an aqueous skin-touch sensitiser. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the aqueous skin-touch treatment agent for synthetic leather. The components of the aqueous skin-touch treatment agent for synthetic leather in the present invention mutually coordinate and jointly interact; following treatment, the texture is unique, and leather produced using said treatment agent feels like the skin of a baby, and has a clear colour and good overall effects; the dispensed diluted spray solution has good storage stability and the pigments thereof do not easily settle; and the resin has matting properties and a pleasant texture. The production process does not require the addition of fumed silica matting powder. The aqueous skin-touch treatment agent for synthetic leather in the present invention is a novel material for final-stage treatment, and can be used in existing synthetic leather production lines; the process is simple, does not require changes to production equipment, and will not increase production costs.
