Title:
AQUEOUS SOLUTION AND METHOD FOR SEPARATION OF CONDUCTIVE SINTERED CERAMIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/032503
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are an aqueous solution and a method which are used for separation of a conductive sintered ceramic material, and which can separate a conductive sintered ceramic material from a glass pane and collect the conductive sintered ceramic material in a recyclable form. Also disclosed are an aqueous separation solution and a separation method which can separate and collect a dark sintered ceramic material, a conductive sintered ceramic material and a glass pane separately from a glass pane having the dark sintered ceramic material and the conductive sintered ceramic material wherein the conductive sintered ceramic material formed on the dark sintered ceramic material. A treatment solution having an etching effect against at least one of the glass pane and the conductive sintered ceramic material is prepared as an aqueous solution (20) for separation of the conductive sintered ceramic material. A vessel (11) is filled with the aqueous solution (20), and the glass pane (30) having the conductive sintered ceramic material attached thereon is immersed in the aqueous solution (20).
