Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an arc magnet having an inner arc of a multi-section arc type structure, comprising an arc magnet body, an inner arc surface of the arc magnet body being provided with a plurality of air gaps, and the plurality of air gaps being of an arc-shaped structure. Further disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for an arc magnet having an inner arc of a multi-section arc type structure. According to the present invention, five air gaps are provided on an inner arc surface of the arc magnet body, and the five air gaps of the arc-shaped structure enable a non-uniform gap to be generated between an inner arc working surface of the arc magnet body and a rotor, such that noise generated when a motor works is reduced; according to the arc magnet body prepared by a forming method of the present invention, the grinding amount of the arc magnet body is small, a material utilization rate is high, and the arc magnet body is suitable for production of products having slightly large inner arc multi-section radian tolerance; and according to the arc magnet body prepared by a grinding method, the radian of each air gap is more accurate, and the arc magnet body is suitable for products having a high requirement for the multi-section radian precision of the inner arc.
