Abstract:
A region including a plurality of visiting points is divided into areas so that each staff can visit the points effectively. A store selection section (156) selects a plurality of stores to be subjected to the area division processing from a plurality of stores contained in a certain region. An initial setting section (114) sets as an initial value, a plurality of areas, each containing at least one of the stores selected to be subjected to the division. A division processing section (115) calculates a statistical amount determined by the characteristic of the stores contained in each area and makes each of stores selected as division objects belong to one of the areas, so as to minimize the difference between the statistical amounts in the respective areas.
