Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an arithmetic device, an arithmetic method, and a gas detection system that can easily correct deterioration of a detection element over time. [Solution] This arithmetic device is provided with a calculation unit. The calculation unit calculates, from a detection element in which a resonance frequency change occurs due to adsorption of a gas, a correction coefficient on the basis of a resonance frequency change amount derived from a humidity change in the deteriorated state of the detection element and a resonance frequency change amount derived from a humidity change in the pre-acquired initial state of the detection element, and corrects the resonance frequency change amount of the detection element in the deteriorated state by using the correction coefficient.
