Disclosed is an arm strength training device for home fitness. The arm strength training device comprises a base (1), a transverse rod (6) and a pull rod (11), wherein support frames (2) are symmetrically mounted on front and rear ends on the top of the base (1) and are perpendicular to the base (1), a spring operation frame (3) being provided at the lower end inside the interior of each support frame (2), the top of each support frame (2) being connected to a bent bracket (5), a stationary cylinder (7) being perpendicularly mounted on the right side of each support frame (2), and the inner side of the transverse rod (6) being located on the right end of the stationary cylinder (7). A connecting tube (20) is perpendicularly mounted on left and right ends on the inner side of the transverse rod (6) respectively, the connecting tubes (20) located on the left and right ends of the transverse rod (6) respectively pass through the stationary cylinders (7) of the support frames (2) located on the front and rear ends of the top of the base (1), three groups of bolt holes (21) are provided in the outer sides of the connecting tubes (20), and outer walls of the stationary cylinders (7) are provided with fastening bolts (19) that are perpendicular thereto. The clearance between the transverse rod (6) and the pull rod (11) is adjusted according to the length of the arms of exercisers of different heights, and fixing and limiting can be performed by means of the fastening bolts (19). The present invention is relatively practical and is suitable for extensive promotion and use.
