Abstract:
In this armature core of a rotary electric machine, a shoe is provided as a separate component from a magnetic pole tooth. An arcuate notch is provided at the distal end of the magnetic pole tooth, and the shoe component has a circular portion. The magnetic pole tooth and the shoe component are linked by the arcuate notch and the circular portion being fitted together. The shoe component is configured to be rotatable with respect to the magnetic pole tooth, guided by the circumference of the circular portion.
