Abstract:
Provided is an armrest device wherein the deformation of an armrest frame is prevented. This armrest device is provided with an armrest frame (RF) and a bracket (10) which supports the armrest frame (RF) so that the armrest frame (RF) is capable of pivoting. The armrest frame (RF) has: a base end (RB) which is a longitudinal end of the armrest frame (RF) and which is located near a pivot axis (RL); and a front end (RA) located away from the pivot axis (RL). The bracket (10) has a deformation limiting section (500) provided protruding toward the armrest frame (RF), the deformation limiting section (500) being located at the portion of the bracket (10), which faces the armrest frame (RF) in the direction of the pivot axis of the armrest frame (RF) and which is closer to the base end (RB) than the pivot axis (RL) when the armrest is at a use position.
