Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic semiconductors, and aims to provide an aromatic amine compound and an application thereof in an optoelectronic device. The compound is composed of an N,N-dialkyldicarbazol amine functional group modified with a π unit having a larger conjugated system. The semiconductor material provided in the present invention has a high glass transition temperature, high solubility, good film-forming properties, and high thin film morphology thermal stability, and can be used as a hole transport material in an optoelectronic device to achieve excellent thermal stability. The present compound has a simple preparation process, easily obtainable raw materials, and low price, and is very suitable for industrial production. The high glass transition temperature and good thermal stability are beneficial for prolonging the working life of the optoelectronic device. The high solubility enables a high-quality amorphous film to be formed, and is beneficial for application in an optoelectronic device; the optical-electrical conversion rate of the device is high, and the present invention is a hole transport material with excellent performance.
