Abstract:
An aromatic amine derivative represented by formula (1) is useful as a constituent component in an organic EL element, and makes it possible to achieve an organic EL element which exhibits high efficiency and long life even when low-voltage operated. (In the formula, HAr1 represents a dibenzo-furyl group or a dibenzo-thienyl group, Ar2 represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group, etc., and L1-L3 each independently represents a single bond or a phenylene group, etc.)
