Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aromatic composition reproducing the fragrance of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii and, more specifically, to an aromatic composition reproducing the fragrance of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii, wherein the aromatic composition has excellent palatability by adding benzyl acetate to benzaldehyde, indol, phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, methyl palmitate, α-bergamotene, and methyl anthranilate, which are analyzed as fragrance components of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii by SPME method. The aromatic composition according to the present invention can reproduce the fragrance of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii and improve the palatability to fragrance, by containing, together with benzyl acetate, main components for the fragrance of Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii, such as benzaldehyde, indol, phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, methyl palmitate, α-bergamotene, and methyl anthranilate.
