Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aromatic ring compound and use thereof. Specifically provided is a compound of formula I, or an optical isomer thereof, or a racemate thereof, or a solvate thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a deuterated compound thereof. The compound has a significantly excellent therapeutic effect on tumors with low expression, no expression, low activity or no activity of mitochondrial permeablity transition pores; low expression, no expression, low activity or no activity of peptidyl-prolyl isomerase F; low expression or no expression of the NNMT gene; high expression of DNA methylases; high expression of UHRF1; high levels of methylation of nucleotide sites in the NNMT gene; and/or high levels of methylation of DNA CpG sites in the NNMT gene region.
