CLAIMS - The invention relates to tomato juice and sauce with aronia and its feature is;

Technical Field:

This invention is related to the aronian tomato juice and sauce, which can be used both as a drink and as a sauce using the aronia fruit, which is beneficial to the human body, especially the immune system.

State of the Art:

Today, various sauces are consumed in or alongside meals. Although most of these sauces differ between cultures, there are some that are widely used. For example, sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup, barbecue are used in many parts of the world. Many additives are included in these sauces in order to have a good consistency and taste and to have a long shelflife. These additives adversely affect human health. It can cause various diseases in the long term or cause uncontrolled weight gain in case of continuous consumption.

Patent application number LT2020041A describes "Sos”. The invention belongs to the field of food industry, namely, sauces, ketchups, toppings with tomatoes and their products. The sauce consists of tomatoes and their products, sugar, salt, herbs, thickeners. The sauce is enriched with calcium and magnesium chemical compounds (usually calcium and magnesium or citrates, or lactates, or carbonates, or oxides), their mixtures or aqueous solutions, which are well absorbed by the human body.

Patent application number CN109527512A describes " Manufacturing Method Of Tomato Chili Sauce”. The invention discloses a manufacturing method of tomato chili sauce. The method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials; washing tomatoes, and peeling tomatoes; chopping scallions and gingers; boiling sauce; filling sauce into bottles, sealing bottles, and storing. The main raw materials are the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 500 parts of tomato, 1 to 5 parts of scallion, 1 to 3 parts of ginger, 1 to 5 parts of thick broad-bean sauce, 1 to 6 parts of pepper, 100 to 300 parts of rapeseed oil, 1 to 5 parts of salt, and 10 to 30 parts of garlic. The provided manufacturing method can reduce the cholesterol content and is beneficial for hyperlipidemia patients. Tomato is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin Bl, vitamin B2, carotene, multiple elements (calcium, phosphor, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, iodine, and the like), proteins, sugar, organic acids, and cellulose, has a sweet- spicy taste, is welcome by most people, and can be used to promote the appetite.

The sauces produced using tomatoes and various vegetables are described above. There are sugar, salt and additives in these sauces in general. This condition can cause various damages to human health. It leads to uncontrolled weight gain. In addition, edema occurs because the body will retain water due to the use of too many spices in it. Since a lot of sauces are consumed inside or next to dishes, sauces should be natural and useful for health at the same time that everyone can consume.

As a result, a new technology is needed that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

Description of the Invention:

As a result of scientific research, it has been shown that consuming around 30g of aronia fruit daily will benefit the human body and immune system due to the beneficial substances contained in the aronia fruit. If 1 cup of the resulting mixture is drunk or eaten daily, i.e., 230-240ml, the daily need for aronia fruit is met. This also strengthens the person's immune system. The addition of a little olive oil and salt to the mixture also meets some of the daily needs of the person. The steps followed for the production method of the product subject to the invention are basically; washing (1), shredding (2), cooking (3), adding (4), mixing (5), removing from the stove (6) and filling (7).

While preparing the mixture, 150gr of aronia fruit is added to 1kg of tomatoes. Tomatoes and aronia fruits are washed in water with apple cider vinegar added (1). Then, the skins of the tomatoes are chopped without peeling, passed through the rondo together with the aronia fruit and shredded (2). The products passed through the rondo are placed in a cauldron and cooked (3) on the stove for 30 minutes. When the products start to boil, 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 50gr of olive oil are added (4) and the mixture is broken up and mixed again with the help of a mixer (5). After the mixture is cooked for another 5 minutes, it is removed from the stove (6). The mixture is ready to be consumed. Then, the process of filling (7) the jars takes place.
