Abstract:
An arrangement change managing device 30 is provided with: a generation unit 31 that, when a communication environment by a wireless communication apparatus changes from a first state to a second state, generates one or more arrangement candidates 311 for the wireless communication apparatus in the second state so as to be different from an arrangement of the wireless communication apparatus in the first state; an estimation unit 32 that estimates communication quality 321 pertaining to the arrangement candidates 311 by the wireless communication apparatus in the first state; a calculation unit 33 that calculates, with regard to the arrangement candidates 311, an arrangement change cost 331 required for changing the arrangement of the wireless communication apparatus from the arrangement in the first state to the arrangement candidates 311; and a selection unit 34 for selecting a specific arrangement candidate 341, from among the arrangement candidates 311, that satisfies a standard, the selection being made on the basis of the communication quality pertaining to the arrangement candidates 311 and the arrangement change cost 331. By being provided with these units, the arrangement change managing device 30 constructs a stable-quality wireless communication environment reliably and efficiently even in a location where an environment change pertaining to wireless communication is severe.
