Abstract:

The invention relates to a manual hair-styling appliance, characterised in that it consists of a body (1), i.e. the hair-styling part, having a semi-circular shape and comprising a movable opening hook (2) on the upper part thereof, which may be moved using a lever (3) located on the rectangular handle of the appliance. The body is also formed by a tubular device (4) provided with a resistor next to a titanium chamber (9), with ceramic plates and tourmaline plates that allow hair to be styled. The cable that is connected to the electricity source (5) is located at the end of the rectangular handle (6). A sliding temperature-selector button (7) is provided on the side of the handle, in the lower part thereof, while an on/off button (8) is provided on the upper part of the body. In order to style hair, a lock of hair is inserted into the open hook (2) of the appliance and subsequently drawn into the titanium chamber (9), and the opening hook (2) is closed and kept closed until an audible signal is issued automatically, indicating that the hook (2) is to be opened and the perfectly-styled lock of hair removed, and so on until the entire process has been completed.

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADAS

1 . - "DISPOSICIÓN APLICADA EN MOLDEADOR DE CABELLO" que comprende:

- un mango rectangular (6);

- un cuerpo (1 ) de formato semicircular y dispuesto en un extremo del mango rectangular (6);

- un cable de conexión (5) dispuesto en un extremo del mango rectangular (6), opuesto al cuerpo (1 ), para conectar el moldeador de cabello a la red eléctrica;

caracterizado porque

el cuerpo (1 ) además comprende:

- un gancho de apertura móvil (2) dispuesto en la parte superior del cuerpo (1 );

un dispositivo tubular (4) dispuesto en el interior del cuerpo (1 ) y provisto de una resistencia; una cámara de titanio (9) dispuesta en el interior del dispositivo tubular (4) y provista de placas de cerámica y turmalina;

un botón (8) dispuesto en la parte superior del cuerpo (1 ) para encender y/o apagar el moldeador de cabello;

el mango rectangular (6) contiene una palanca (3) para mover el gancho de apertura móvil (2) y un botón deslizante (7), el cual es un selector de temperatura.

2. - "DISPOSICIÓN APLICADA EN MOLDEADOR DE CABELLO", según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por disponer de un control automático de tiempo de moldeado, el cual emite una señal sonora para avisar que el mechón seleccionado está listo.
