Abstract:
The invention relates to an arrangement (1) of a hanger bolt (2), clamping element (3) and seal (4), in particular for securing photovoltaic modules (37) to roofs, said arrangement being characterized in that the hanger bolt (2) has, between its upper end (5) and lower end (6), a thread-free shank (7), against which the clamping element (3) bears in a clamping manner above the seal (4) and which is surrounded by the seal (4), wherein the hanger bolt (2) is characterized by a thread-free shank (7) between its upper end (5) and lower end (6), said shank (7) having at least one notch (9) and/or fluting (22) extending substantially at right angles to the longitudinal axis (8), the clamping element (3) has an encircling peripheral region (26), a central opening (27) and an odd number of spring elements (28), preferably leaf springs, which are directed along their side edges (30) from the peripheral region (26) to the central opening (27) and are substantially in the form of a symmetrical trapezium, with the difference that the base sides (29) thereof are each curved along a circular line, and the sealing element (4) has a sealing body (10) having an underside (11), a cutout (39) extending from the top side (38) to the underside (11) through said top side (38) and underside (11), wherein a supporting lip (14) is arranged on the underside (11) and an encircling sealing lip (12) is arranged in an inclined manner with respect to the central axis (40) of the cutout (39).
