Abstract:

The invention relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses an array antenna system. The array antenna system comprises M antenna radiating elements, a stripline feed system, a stripline ground layer, and a stripline cavity. The stripline feed system comprises a phase shifting circuit, and N first printed circuit boards (PCBs) configured to perform power distribution and/or phase compensation, wherein M is an integer greater than 1, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to M. The phase shifting circuit is located within the stripline cavity, and a number P of the first PCBs are located on the outer surface of the stripline cavity, P being an integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to N. Each or a part of the M antenna radiating elements is connected to signal layers of the N first PCBs, and the signal layers of the N first PCBs have radio frequency connection with the phase shifting circuit by means of a probe. Ground layers of the N first PCBs have radio frequency connection with the stripline ground layer. The invention can save space in the stripline cavity.
