Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and display device having a touch function, the display device having the touch function comprising: a plurality of touch electrodes (111) arranged into an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes (112), a plurality of scan lines (113), and a plurality of data lines (114). The plurality of scan lines (113) and the plurality of data lines (114) intersect to divide the display device into a plurality of pixel regions. Each of the pixel electrodes (112) is respectively arranged in one corresponding pixel region, and is electrically connected to one corresponding scan line (113) and one corresponding data line (114). Each of the touch electrodes (111) respectively corresponds to at least one of the pixel regions. At least one opening part (121) is formed at an overlap region between each of the touch electrodes (111) and at least one of the scan lines (113) and the data lines (114), thereby reducing coupling capacitance between the touch electrodes (111) and at least one of the scan lines (113) and the data lines (114). A touch accuracy of a touch screen can be improved by the above method.
