Abstract:
Disclosed are an array substrate and a display device. A common electrode line having the same extension direction as a gate line is disposed at the end close to a thin film transistor, and a storage capacitor is formed by the common electrode line and a drain of the thin film transistor. Compared with the prior art in which a common electrode line and a thin film transistor in an array substrate are respectively disposed at two ends of a pixel, and a storage capacitor electrode needs to be disposed separately to form a storage capacitor together with the common electrode line, the pixel area occupied by the thin film transistor and the common electrode line can be effectively reduced, the aperture ratio is increased, and the display brightness of the IPS liquid crystal display device is improved.
