Abstract:
An array substrate comprising a substrate (10), a conductive pattern layer provided on the substrate (10), a transparent electrode layer, and an insulating layer (12) provided between the conductive pattern layer and the transparent electrode layer, wherein the conductive pattern layer comprises a plurality of first conductive patterns; the transparent electrode layer comprises a plurality of transparent electrodes; each transparent electrode is respectively electrically connected to a corresponding first conductive pattern through a corresponding via hole in the insulating layer (12); and in at least one via hole, a stepped structure is formed between the first conductive pattern corresponding to the via hole and the substrate (10) and/or the insulating layer (12), so that a groove (14) is formed at a position, corresponding to the via hole, of the upper surface of the array substrate. A display device. By means of the array substrate, slipping and misalignment between the array substrate and an oppositely aligned substrate can be prevented.
