Abstract:
An array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a thin film transistor layer, a planarization layer (107) and a pixel definition layer (108) sequentially formed at a base substrate (101). The base substrate (101) is provided with a camera region (20) arranged within an area corresponding to a display region (10). The camera region (20) comprises a first blind hole (21) and a wiring region (22). The first blind hole (21) is used to expose a camera provided at the back of the base substrate (101). A signal wiring (220) and a second blind hole (112) are provided within the wiring region (22). The second blind hole (112) is configured to avoid the signal wiring (220).
