Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate, display panel and display device. The array substrate comprises a light emitting unit (1), a drive unit (2) for driving the light emitting unit (1), and a drive signal unit (3) for providing a drive signal to the drive unit (2). The drive unit (2) is disposed at a central area of the array substrate. The drive signal unit (3) is disposed at a peripheral area enclosing the central area. The light emitting unit (1) covers the drive unit (2) and extends to an area of the peripheral area provided with the drive signal unit (3). The array substrate has an expanded display area, a reduced frame width and an increased pixel aperture ratio.
