Abstract:
Disclosed are an array substrate, display panel and display device. The array substrate comprises: a substrate (10) and, sequentially provided on the substrate (10), a metal connecting component (20), a first insulating layer (30), a signal line (500), a second insulating layer (40), and a common electrode (300); a material of the metal connecting component (20) differs from a material of the signal line (500); the signal line (500) is electrically connected to the common electrode (300) via the metal connecting component (20); a contact resistance between the metal connecting component (20) and the common electrode (300) is less than a contact resistance between the signal line (500) and the common electrode (300). Therefore, the electrical connection between the signal line (500) and the common electrode (300) is provided by the metal connecting component (20); in addition, there is less contact resistance between the metal connecting component (20) and the common electrode (300) ensuring effective contact between the metal connecting component (20) and the common electrode (300), which better facilitates the transmission of signals from the common electrode (300) to a corresponding chip via the signal line (500), effectively preventing the issue of poor signal transmission caused by a large contact resistance between the signal line (500) and the common electrode (300).
