Abstract:
Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel, a display device and a method for manufacturing the array substrate. The array substrate comprises: a first substrate (10); a light-emitting device (11) on the first substrate (10), wherein the light-emitting device (11) comprises a first electrode (111), a light-emitting layer (112) and a second electrode (113) which are successively arranged in a direction away from the first substrate (10), with the first electrode (111) being transparent, and the second electrode (113) being reflective; a lightproof portion (12) between the first substrate (10) and the light-emitting device (11), wherein the projection of the light-emitting device (11) on the first substrate (10) partly overlaps the projection of the lightproof portion (12) on the first substrate (10); and a reflection component (13) between the lightproof portion (12) and the light emitting layer (112).
