Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an array substrate may include forming an auxiliary cathode (90) on a base substrate (15), forming a layer of magnetic material (100) on a first surface of the auxiliary cathode (90), forming an emission layer (110) in a display area of the array substrate, a part of the emission layer (110) on the layer of the magnetic material (100) on the first surface of the auxiliary cathode (90), and removing the part of the emission layer (110) and the layer of magnetic material (100) from the first surface of the auxiliary cathode (90).
