An array substrate (11), a display panel (10), a method for manufacturing an array substrate (11), and a method for manufacturing a display panel (10). The array substrate (11) comprises a first base (111), a first driving layer (112) and a second driving layer (113), wherein the first base (111) comprises a first surface and a second surface, the first driving layer (112) is arranged on the first surface of the first base (111), and the second driving layer (113) is arranged on the second surface of the first base (111). The display panel (10) comprises the array substrate (11), a first color filter substrate (12) and a second color filter substrate (13), wherein the first color filter substrate (12) and the second color filter substrate (13) are arranged on two sides of the array substrate (11), a first polarizer (16) is arranged on the surface of the first color filter substrate (12) that is away from the array substrate (11), and a second polarizer (17) is arranged on the surface of the second color filter substrate (13) that is away from the array substrate (11). The method for manufacturing an array substrate (11) is used for manufacturing an array substrate (11). The method for manufacturing a display panel (10) is used for manufacturing a display panel (10).
