Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate, a display panel, and a method for manufacturing an array substrate. In the array substrate, the thickness of a barrier layer (21) above a bent region is designed to be less than half the thickness of the barrier layer above a display region, such that the ductility of the barrier layer under stress is improved and the barrier layer will not easily break due to stress concentrated therein, thereby preventing a wiring layer (22) in the bent region from breaking, and improving bending performance of the flexible display panel.
