Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and a display panel. In the present application, a single-gate-layer design is used, wherein a first electrode plate of a storage capacitor is formed in a gate layer, and a second electrode plate of the storage capacitor and various functional connecting wires are formed in a source and drain layer. The functional connecting wires realize the passing of current among different film layers, thereby omitting a layer of gate structure, reducing one photomask and the production cost, and alleviating the problem of existing display apparatuses having a high production cost.
