Abstract:
An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: multiple stages of cascaded GOA units (10) and multiple clock signal buses (20) electrically connected to the corresponding cascaded GOA units; each stage of GOA unit (10) comprises a first output transistor (T1); in the multiple stages of cascaded GOA units (10), the size of the multiple first output transistors (T1) increases in a preset direction (A), and the preset direction (A) is a signal transmission direction on any clock signal bus (20).
