Abstract:
An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: a substrate, and a first metal layer, a first buffer layer, an active layer, a gate insulation layer, a second metal layer, a first insulation layer, a third metal layer and a first planarization layer, which are sequentially arranged on the substrate, wherein the first metal layer is electrically connected to a first doped region of the active layer by means of a bridging layer of the second metal layer, and the third metal layer is electrically connected to a second doped region of the active layer. According to the array substrate in the present application, the size of a thin film transistor is reduced by means of a first metal layer, a second metal layer and a third metal layer, which are arranged in a stacked manner, thereby improving the pixel density.
