Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of displays. Disclosed are an array substrate and a display panel. A plurality of first patterns are designed on one side of a row drive area of the array substrate, and it is ensured that sufficient etching solutions are provided to perform etching, so as to form source electrodes and drain electrodes of thin-film transistors in the row drive area and a display area, such that materials of source and drain film layers remaining due to there being few etching solutions in the row drive area and the display area is avoided, channels of the thin-film transistors being conductive due to the remaining materials of the source and drain film layers above active layers is prevented, and the active layers of the thin-film transistors are prevented from being conductorized, thereby ensuring characteristics of the thin-film transistors, and improving the yield of the array substrate and the display effect of the display panel.
